Mummy Hot Dogs Recipe
Ingredients:
8 hot dogs
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Mustard or ketchup (for eyes)

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Crescent Roll Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut each triangle into thin strips (about 1/2 inch wide).

Wrap the Hot Dogs:
Take one hot dog and wrap it with the strips of crescent roll dough, leaving a small gap at the top for the "eyes." The wrapping should resemble the bandages of a mummy.
Place the wrapped hot dog on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining hot dogs.

Brush with Egg Wash:
Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the wrapped hot dogs with the beaten egg. This will give them a nice golden color when baked.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Add the Eyes:
Remove the Mummy Hot Dogs from the oven and let them cool slightly. Use small dots of mustard or ketchup to create eyes on the exposed part of the hot dogs.
